Guest guest
I have remembered you on the other side of the planet JOT - we haven't got it on the web site yet, but TPA has been accepted as an Associate for Amazon co.uk and now been accepted as an Association for Amazon.com. Try this link and see if it works for those outside of the UK http://www.amazon.com?_encoding=UTF8 & tag=thyrpatiadvo-20 No publication date as yet, because the book is still being completed, but hopefully, it shouldn't be too long now. Guest guest
Yes, that link took me right to my personal amazon.com page. Now do I have to go into some other place and put your charity in first? By just clicking on that link is it going to work? Also, have you told Barry about Broda ' levels for ferritin for women? Does he have Mark Starr's book? It would be nice to have a thyroid book which does indeed have this correct information..since every book out there now and every website has the incorrect info. Page 182 in Mark Starr's book Hypothyroidism Type 2 : " The Foundation recommends an iron (ferritin) level over 100 ng/ml. Ferritin levels over 130 are advised for menstruating women. Most of my patients have ferritin levels far below those recommended by the Foundation..... This will show that you are on the correct page... it is that straightforward. I will set up a separate document explaining all so that it doesn't get lost as more people post.> Also, have you told Barry about Broda ' levels for ferritin for women? Guest guest
I will be showing this to hymn this morning Jot. Many thanks for posting this information. I am one who has always recommended women should have a ferritin level of between 70 and 90 and will need to rethink this.
