Hi , As you increase your T3 dose you may find it helpful to take more in the mornings and less later eg 20 first thing and 10 no later than 2pm as the last dose may be what is keeping you awake rather than fun and games! but it's good that you feel well enough, T3 can have a dramatic restoration of libido.
