Guest guest
Hi Myself and Jot have just been discussing the wonders of Melatonin (google for more information). I take a 3mg tablet about an hour before bedtime and find it really helps me fall asleep. I have been taking them for a few years now and haven't noticed any side effects, and they don't leave me groggy in the morning. I'm not sure it will help with your pains, but it might help you get a better night's sleep. I buy mine from this site: http://www.discounthealthproducts.co.uk/melatonin.htm Gill x Now the pains in my feet, ankles, knees and shoulders have returned and> I can't fall asleep at night as I feel wired and my heart thuds like mad.> When I do eventually fall asleep, I need to be shaken awake in the morning> by my husband and I feel very groggy.> Love, McGowan

Guest guest
Hi , Hmmm! how are your magnesium levels? supplementing can make a difference to a 'heavy' heart beat. Pain in joints can be caused by too much T4 that isn't being converted to T3- see http://www.drlowe.com. Sleeping more would also indicate a possible undermedication as sleeping more is a very major hypo symptom- again indicating undermedication- again pointing to inadequate T3. Do you split your doses? if so don't take the second on too late in the day- I found taking it after 2pm did cause me to shift my clock around- sleeping later and waking later- I've always said that I would like to take my medsan hour or 2 before I wake up! l I've been taking 150mgs of Erfa and two NAX and a wide range of vitamins and minerals for the past three months. All was going fine until about two weeks ago. Now the pains in my feet, ankles, knees and shoulders have returned and I can't fall asleep at night as I feel wired and my heart thuds like mad. When I do eventually fall asleep, I need to be shaken awake in the morning by my husband and I feel very groggy. I feel much more tired throughout the day too. Can anyone shed any light, please? Guest guest
Dear , thanks for your reply. I'm wondering if it's the lack of Magnesium that might be causing my problems. I've been taking it religiously since last Christmas but ran out about a month ago and haven't bought any more yet. I do split my doses and take 2 grains in the morning when I wake and 1 grain at about three pm. Is it possible to buy T3 only from an internet pharmacy? I can't ask my doctor for it as he doesn't know I self-medicate. Many thanks, Mc > > > Hi , > Hmmm! how are your magnesium levels? supplementing can make a difference to a 'heavy' heart beat. ****************old messages deleted by moderator******************
Guest guest
, go to our FILES section accessible from the Home Page of this forum web site http://health.group./group/thyroid treatment and scroll down the list that opens until you see 'Internet Pharmacies' and open that. You can see a list of Internet Pharmacies where you can buy T3 without the need for a prescription. Luv - Sheila thanks for your reply.
