Hi Sheila and fellow members - haven't been on here for such a while although I

still do read all your posts every day - just wanted to ask a question.

My sister is a year younger than me - 54 and is having lots of health issues -

feeling depressed, anxious, can't leave the house on her own, panic attacksand

tingling in her hands and feet. She has been to her doc who has run blood tests

and is just telling her she is 'normal' he has done her thyroid function and is

telling her, again, normal with a TSH of 3.8 - she feels cold, tired and

generally down....

Her doc told her he thinks she has MS and wants her to take anti-d's again -

like last year - he wants her to do cognitative behaviour therapy-

Since I am hypo since having a thyroidectomy and am on NDT and my daughter is

now on levoT - her TSH was 7.8 before her doc started her on LevoT - after 3

months her TSH is down to 3.3 and is to remain on LevoT. Thing is my sister

doesn't really beleive she has thyroid issues cos her doc said she is 'normal'.

I think she has.

Also she has just yesterday started taking B12 - her doc said all her tests were

normal, she wants to know what levels of B12 a normal person should have in

their system - can anyone tell us. Many thanks - Carol in Nottingham.......
