Subject: Recommended Doctors private or NHS in

the Eastern area

Finally my GP has agreed to refer me to a

specialist after 26 years of thyroxine not working. The last 3 years my health

has deteriorated to the point that life is a constant struggle.

I have Sheila's - Doctors list of 2008 - but was unable to get a referral then.

Is this list up to date does anyone know? The nearest doctor on it is over 80

miles away.

Appreciate any advice or input.

WOW!!! 26years and you've stuck with the same doctor.... why? Were you

hoping he would learn how to deal with things? Or is his modus operandi to

let his patients get so ill they no longer have the energy to question him?
