Hi Imogen

The ONLY appointment I can give you on Tuesday is 5.30 - and

there is unlikely to be very much going on in Skipton at that time. The clinic

venue is my cottage. Those two appointments have now gone.

Squirrel Cottage

Ickornshaw

Cowling

Nr Keighley

BD22 0DH

Yorkshire

(tel: 01535 636 014)

The only other two vacancies I have are 9.15a..m. or 4.45p.m. on

Wednesday 8th June. All the rest of the days are fully booked so unable to

squeeze you in.

Luv - Sheila

Hi Sheila,

a few days ago you mentioned that Dr Peatfield might have a couple of sessions

in Skipton free next week, and I replied that I would prefer Stockport at the

end of the month.

BUT, my dad has offered to drive me to Skipton and entertain the children there

while I have an appointment, and as I have heard nothing from Dr Peatfield

about Stockport, I was wondering if I should take advantage of this.

Would you kindly let me know if you have anything still available? My

preference would be Tuesday 7th or Thursday 9th, but I realise I can't be fussy

at this stage, so I would be happy with any day :-)

Hoping to hear from you: feel free to mail me off list if you prefer.

Many thanks,

Imogen

Thanks for this, Sheila.

I've left a message on your answerphone, but I'll put it here too.

In principle I'm up for the 9.15 Wednesday appointment, BUT perhaps you could

just advise me whether it's worth coming without my medical records or past test

results ... my GP practice says it's highly unlikely I could pick them up by

then. I've requested them formally this morning, but they say it may take a

week, but they really don't know 'depends how big they are' !!!

So, if you think it's OK to come without the paperwork, then please book me in,

but if you think it's better to gather everything properly before I see Dr

Peatfield, then I'll have to give it a miss.

Can you advise?

Thanks a million,

Imogen

Imogen,

You will know enough about your condition to be able to talk to Dr P about it,

and he will be able to assess your signs and symptoms.

Past blood tests and so on are interesting so you can see what has been done but

I would have thought it was more relevant for Dr P to make his own assessment.

You could always email or fax him old results once you have them.

Hello, me again! Dr Peatfield's secretary has just phoned to say that it's fine

to see him without my records, SO I would like 9.15 am on Wednesday 8th.

Many thanks, and see you then!
