Hi Folks,My levels have fell consistently since May despite increasing meds, now on 150/200 T4, and 100/120 T3.May JuneTSH 0.11, FT4 15, TT3 2.4, TSH 0.001, T4 9 (9-21) TT3/FT3 ?? meds increased here but check the fall in TSH again!AugTSH 0.001, T4 13 TT3 2 Since then consistent decrease in levels. Now TSH 0.001 T4 9 TT3 1.4(might be slightly off with T3 one, can't be bothered to go check...it's low though!)Positive TRab result of 10 using new ranges in Nov/Dec.I know that low levels stir up TRab in Graves as much as high levels so going on the TSH resultsfrom May to June, TRab reared it's ugly head again in here somewhere, it was tested round about here 11.21 and can account for worsening eye symptoms..see an eye specialist in Feb.Horrific joint pain, constipation which resulted in partially blocked bowel and yet another bout of Diverticulitis, all the usual hypo symptoms basically, what I CAN'T get is where is all the meds going??? Am I right in thinking if it was 'pooling' it would show in blood results??I then had a brainwave the other night and thought 'blocking TRab' but after a massive Googlesearch I can't find anything other than it does account for my TSH (or lack of) eyes, and worsening Pretibial myxedema. Here's endo's answer:"Thank you for your recent telephone call (5!!) Your last thyroid blood results suggest that you should simply continue with your current dose in medications.I would be most grateful if you would continue to get your thyroid blood test checked on a regular basis. I think at present you do not have any further appointments to see me and hopefully do not need to come to the clinic as long as your thyroid blood tests remain SATISFACTORY. I would off course however be more than happy to see you should the need arise."I have off course replied and after seeing my bowel surgeon on 30th, he is also gunning for heras once again I cannot have colon resection because of thyroid levels!! Bowel resection is thenicest thing I can wish upon her just now, my other thoughts are deep, dark and more in tunewith my old hyper symptoms :-).He is also trying to find me another endo, though agree's she needs to answer my questions first. So while I'm still waiting in hypo limbo for answers, thought I'd throw it out here, haveany of you experienced this?I have ordered NDT but at this point I'm thinking...what I'm taking just now isn't working so ??Should point out here, bowel surgeon has ruled out bowel absorption as I'm on liquid and taking T3 under tongue (when I remember).Any thoughts anyone?Love Tess
