Hi TinaI have found this UK supplier of the NOW magnesium citrate and it works out at £11 including postage for 8oz. Is this cheaper than the US one you get? http://www.jgsupplements.com/products/Magnesium-Citrate-227g-%288oz%29-Powder.html I might just get it as it is quicker!Jo>> Apart from NAX I tend to get all my suplements from iherb in america.> Keep the total to under £18 to pay no import tax and less that 3pound in weight and postage is 4 dollars. There supplements are usually a lot cheaper than elsewhere and they have all the big names.> P.S Have you tried Melatonin for your sleep problem?

I was taking Magnesium and Calcium (with Boron from Solgar) for night cramps -

and better sleep before I started NAX. That was 2 pills at night and one in the

morning. I stopped the morning one as I read somewhere it might not go with NAX

- but still take two at night. I don't get a lot of calcium in my diet as I

don't have milk - but cramps definitely get worse if I cut back on cheese (not

good for the weight though!) Anyone any suggestions if I should swap to

Magnesium citrate?
