I really like Nature-Throid – buy from inhousepharmacy and the 1 grain bottle is £17.83 inc delivery – just buy 1 bottle per order to avoid VAT. I did not like erfa at all – all the old aches & pains returned including having a job to move my arms my upper tendons were so bad. I did not like new armour either, just did not find it made me feel as I should.

how long were you on erfa? ive just started it around 3-4 weeks now and i am

feeling really ill at present, with aches and pains and chest pains and a panic

attack which i had today and my thyroid is sore and burning? I dont want to jump

to any decisions yet im and just wondering.

Hi Ali,

Sorry I can’t remember & I cannot tell from the remaining pills as I am using them up for my dog, to supplement the T4 she gets from the vet, and I also give her 2 T3 pills, also using them up. It must have been for a while as I got a medical alert bracelet with erfa written on it. RU sure you are not taking too much if you are anxious & had a panick attack. The effects of too much & too little thyroid are so similar. Having said that I used to get panic attacks years ago long before I started taking thyroid. I now just take nature-throid and my energy does not go down in the evening as it would have with the others – 2.25 grains each morning as soon as I get out of bed – 1 hour b4 breakfast, 2 hours b4 coffee.
