on your body and then jsut maintain it. WE actually have a very

similar build.

I just love looking at your muscles, Stasia...you are a true

inspiration both by the way you look and the way you encourage

everyone on this board.

Yes, thanks for posting photos Stasia! It's always great to hear your

advice as a true BFL veteran, but it's also nice to see a reminder of

what long-term commitment to the lifestyle can look like! You and

are so inspiring.

Oh Tarma (LOL), you flatterer, you! Yes, according

to both www.gr-ds.com *and* AMOS, I'm a bmi of

34.1... but considering that's less than half the

68.4 I started at, I think the numbers are super-

fant-abulous! :)

I tried on some clothes today at Walmarta, and

I'm able to wear 16-18 tops (down from 34 or 5x)

and while the size 18 pants 'fit', I didn't like

how they fit my saggy baggy melted candle thighs,

so I didn't buy any. I can also wear juniors size

19, but all those pants I tried on were too low

on the hips to make me happy. So I ended up not

buying anything. Gosh, who knew I'd get so picky

when I finally had a CHOICE of what I could wear,

instead of buying anything that fit just because

it fit? Oh well... I could have worse problems

than fashion, huh?

I used my pedometer at work last week, and I'm

walking more than 5 miles even on the sloooooowwwwwwww

days. Much better than the 20-ish yards I used to do,

donchathink? :)

, that is more than I walk at my job and my job has served me

well for exercise.

Yesterday I wore a leotard shirt and felt naked even though no

breasts were showing. Maybe I will post a pic of me in the shirt.

I am not used to showing that much flesh, not at any weight.

I hate the new styles. Try Fashion Bug. They have LA Blues for

cheap and in several styles. I like the petite slim fit since I

don't have to hem them.

when I viewed your photo I started crying...honest to goodness

tears rolling down my cheeks and snot (well you get the idea) You

look wonderful beyond words.

I cried because I remember you coming to almost every support

meeting...Sweat pouring off your face, trying to catch your breath

because of that long walk from the car...always smiling saying " I

can't walk much but I can drive as far as I want to " ....fighting the

insurance company....frustrated but never giving up on having

surgery. Then making a huge decision to self-pay. I'm telling you

kiddo...Dr. K did NOT save your life...YOU did, he just helped you.

Now look at you!!! Working at a job with miles of walking & you

have a waist!!!! Your beautiful smile, if possible, is even

brighter.

Hugs

Jo

one!! I did find a few from when I was pregnant... I had to hide

everyone was ALWAYS taking my picture then... now Im always the one

holding the camera. LOL

---Hi Celia

Its nice to put a face to a name! And I'm sure its farily common to

point the camera at our beautiful kids, and no longer at ourselves

and each other!

PW Thanks SO much! I am not at goal the baggy top hides the " barrell " shape

that I am exercising like crazy to try to slim down. The jeans are a miracle

of joy I had to share as I haven't been able to wear them in YEARS and this

brand zipped without the big baggy legs they usually have. And I TRIED them

because I saw Cindee mention them on here.

I weigh 194 pounds now, my highest weight was 367. Those jeans are a size

16 and my tops are an 18/20 sometimes a 22 if they are tight so the photo

must be too flattering LOL! I have a photo of me SITTING which in itself is a

miracle on the website I am trying to put together that shows better that I am

still pretty chubby. But I am one happy chubby lady let me tell you, from where

I started to where I am today is an amazing miracle.

And Ed in Vegas of COURSE I am taking care of your Kidney I am taking

good care of every part of the gift of this miracle :) Thanks for starting my

day with a laugh! Ahhh the memories of Delano and friends..
