Guest guest
Hi I had one of these done years ago and it was the best decision I had made in a long time. I had been plagued with migraines for years and the test revealed an intolerance to an enzyme called tyramine. This is in several everyday foods and having too much of it caused a toxic build-up which caused the migraine. Anyone with the ability to metabolise the tyramine normally would not have a problem . I told my gp at the time who scoffed at the very idea of it! So yes, good idea in my experience! Sue
Guest guest
Hi Fliss, although I haven't had the bioenergetic food intolerance test, I have had several York Tests for food intolerance (Food Scan 113). It is very easy to do at home and although expensive, for me it has been invaluable. Personally, I have had good reason to believe that it is accurate and has made a huge difference to me. They have had an offer on recently and I am fairly sure it is still on at the moment. All the best to you,
