Hi there,

I had huge amounts of mercury in my teeth and pleaded to have them removed because I felt so ill. They were - it took around 4 years - slowly and surely because I got ill each time (I had Lupus at the time) and my health improved no end - in fact my Lupus consultant asked me what I had recently done because my blood tests where showing signs of reversal on each appointment.

Best wishes

Mandy

I'm not sure if I ever mentioned this Tracey, but, I had all my amalgam fillings

removed in one go - this was done under general aneasthetic in Germany. I had

virtually every tooth fiiled, some of the fillings were over 30 years old and

wer cracked and leaking. I also had at least 2 root canals. I used to feel

dreadful and always had a metallic taste in my mouth. The operation took 7.5

hours, but, most of this was because I had severe problems with my jaw.

Since the op I have felt better every day. It was one of the best things I have

done for my health.

I had a GA due to dental phobia.

My NHS dentist of many years, had never commented on my jaw issues and how that

affected me and just fire-fighted with the fillings. The root canalled teeth

were removed (as were a few otheres!)

I have never experienced any meltdowns, just gradual improvements in my health.

I don't know what precautions the dentist took.
