I placed an order with the above on the 21/12/2010 for T3 and it has still not arrived and now I have run out. I am going to e-mail them; but in the meantime has anyone else had major delays with orders from this Company?

Hi Ali,

Mine were ordered on the 5/12 and only arrived 10 days ago. I think that the

shipping process was not helped by Xmas and New Year mail hold ups here in UK

and possibly over there?

I'm still wating too Stacey I ordered on 6th Jan and it could be 10th Feb before

I see them.

I hope they come soon, I've had to half my dose as I haven't got enough to last

me otherwise. When I ordered my last lot they only took 12 days, and there was

nothing on the mexican website to say there were any delays. It was only when I

got the confirmation email that it said 4-5 weeks.

Hi, yes I ordered 2 Dec, arrived 7 Jan. I emailed just after Christmas and

received a lovely email back saying they had several consignments delayed at

Mexico airport. They had sent a rep to the airport to sort things out. I then

got an email saying the order had left Mexico airport and would be with me asap.

I received it about 7 days later, then got an email asking me if I'd received it

ok.

I know it's really worrying when things don't arrive, but I thought their

customer service was really good. I'll order sooner next time, just in case, but

will continue to use them because I got the impression that they were really

concerned about the shipping.

Hopefully whatever happened at Mexico will not become the norm!

Yes I agree their customer service is very good and like you I will continue to

use them, allowing for longer delivery times though!

Yes I have to add that customer service is very good - I particularly loved the

email sent when they went to see the mail office or somewhere anyway - he put in

capitals what he had said to them as if to indicate that he had been shouting at

them - it did make me smile.

HI All,

Thanks for all the replies. At the same time that I posted the message I sent an

email to them and received a reply straightaway saying they were being held up

in the UK and I should receive them within the week - but they have not arrived

yet. I do agree that their customer service is good and it would not put me off

ordering with them again, hopefully my order will arrive soon.

In the meantime I have place an order with anabolics online for Tiromel - I

noticed when it came to the payments page another sneaky £4 was added to my

bill!

I had an email back by return as soon as I sent one to chase - must have caught

the time difference just right. Anyway he said that my stuff went onto the

plane around 16th Jan and he thinks it should arrive next week. He pasted the

tracking details into the email.

I said I would order again next week as then I will know it is on its way and

won't panick if it takes 4-5 weeks.
