Guest guest Posted May 16, 2011 Report Share Posted May 16, 2011 Hi, I just called Genova to order the Thyroid Screen & Adrenal Stress profile and I just want to check that I ordered correctly to get the TPA discount. I got through to an automated line, and quoted " Thyroid Patient Advocacy UK " as my practicioner. Is that enough to get the discount taken off or should I have actually spoken to a real person? Also do you ring & pay when you send the test back? I just want to check as I only have a visa electron (which Genova don't accept) so I will probably have to get a friend to pay for me.
