Well done for finding a sympathetic doctor. Your cortisol levels look to be

low all the time so the cortisone needs to be taken at say 8 am, 12 noon, 4 pm

and 10pm.... more in the morning tapering off towards the evening..... Val

over on the adrenals forum will give you a precise dosing schedule....

T3 split in even doses throughout the day, well I do 2 doses but some people do

more.

Can you let Sheila know the name of the doc privately as she is compiling a list

of informed docs and he really should go on it.

Thanks ...He started me on 10mgs of Hc and 20mgs of T3 but I do feel the

HC should be more....What do you think....I sent a request to join the Adrenal

Group you recommended but its there week off.....Thanks Again....
