Hi everybody I think I read somewhere that a lot could be gathered from the

condition of a persons hands {If they were cold etc] I still have ridged nails

-despite a large range of vits and mins . Any ideas please especially any

articles of interest Thanks

getting on. Yes, the supplement I take for my nails (which are VERY strong and

HI Sheila could you give me the name of the

suppliment you take for your nails i used it for awhile and my nails were great

but i have just had false nails done for my daughters wedding and now they have

come off my nails are just destroyed. once i stopped using them my nails break

off half way down the nail so sore. The false nails made them worse. Marie
