Dr Peatfield's Metabolic Clinic

Something has gone drastically wrong with my list of people who have an appointment to see Dr Peatfield in his Yorkshire clinic. A gremlin appears to have taken over, and although I have mostly sorted it out, the names and address of the two people attending on Thursday afternoon, at 1.30p.m. and 2.45p.m. have completely disappeared so I have no record of who they are. The 1.30p.m. appointment is for a NEW PATIENT and the 2.45p.m. appointment is for a FOLLOW UP appointment.

If you have been given either of these appointments, please will you let me know who you are and your address/telephone number as a matter of urgency.
