Guest guest
Jot, Are you taking t3? The T3 is good considering that the t4 is below range , But as the TSH is over 1 it looks like there might not be enough T4 and T3.... What are you taking and what are your symptoms? Just seeing the test results, without knowing any other details makes it a guessing game.... more info needed please. . > > Hi Everyone: > > These are my latest blood labs...I would love you all to comment on them for me....Thanks so much. > > Cheers, > JOT > > FT3 2.6 2.2 - 4.0 > > FT4 .7 0.8 - 1.5 > > TSH 1.8 0.358 - 3.740 > > > DHEA sulfate: 85 35-430 >
Guest guest
Hi : Thanks for taking a look. I am actually taking ERFA but only 45 mg (less than a grain)....I was taking a bit more but lowered it to make sure my adrenals were good before I take it back up a little. I've never really been on more than 1 grain because I was overdosed at 1 1/2 grain a few years back. I feel best with a TSH at 1 but I wanted to make sure that the T3 was converting properly. I am not taking extra T3, just the ERFA. My basal temps are low but stable so I am assuming I need to raise it at least a half grain...To me it looks like I am squeezing everything out of the EFRA that I possibly can. But, I wanted to get everyone's opinion on this first. (Of course my medical advisor thinks that all this is perfect, and I should not raise the ERFA but she has recently lost her mind) :0) I also take a adrenal glandular (similar to NAX) to keep them in tune. What do you think? Is raising 1/2 grain sound good? or not? Cheers, JOT > Are you taking t3? Guest guest
Jot, You seem to have the measure of it, so long as the temps stay stable raising by 0.5 grains might be what you need. If you feel spaced out or speedy then drop back to your original dose the next day..... and well done for spotting the problem with the medical advisor , > > Hi : > My basal temps are low but stable so I am assuming I need to raise it at least a half grain...To me it looks like I am squeezing everything out of the EFRA that I possibly can.
