Guest guest
HI, I can honestly say this is the first time I've seen results for copper, zinc and magnesium.... Where did you manage to get them done? They are all within range, albeit the bottom end of the range for the Copper and Zinc.... Does anyone actually know where they should be? x > > Could anyone please advise if my recent blood results for zinc, copper and magnesium are ok please? If they are not ok, could you advise what level they should be at (so I have some idea of how out they are) and any advice on how to raise them would be gratefully received. Thank you so much in advance. > > serum zinc 14.4 umol/L (11.0 - 24.0) > serum copper 14 pmol/L (11.0 - 22.0) > serum magnesium 0.9 mmol/L (0.70 - 1.00) >
Guest guest
I got them tested through my GP, on the advice of this forum! Just now having trouble getting the info on where these results should optimally be within the range and what that is based on. > > HI, > > I can honestly say this is the first time I've seen results for copper, zinc and magnesium.... Guest guest
This link explains some of the blood lab levels. With the copper and Zinc it's important that they are balanced and they look balanced to me. With Magnesium, it should always be at the top of the range, but it is important that potassium is also at the top of the range. If mag and potassium are not balanced and at the top of the range, you should strive to get it raised. 400 mgs a day of magnesium and celtic sea salt usually take care of this naturally. http://www.anylabtestnow.com/tabid/379/ProductID/2883/Default.aspx Cheers, JOT > > They are all within range, albeit the bottom end of the range for the Copper and Zinc.... > > > > Does anyone actually know where they should be?
