Guest guest
Hi B: I will just touch on a few things here..we don't have any ferritin labs (iron reserve) or Iron results so this may be a great deal of your illness. I'd like to see results for your Vitamin B12 too. Sodium levels are good, potassium needs to be at the top of the range. I don't see magnesium in this 2011 list, but magnesium needs to be at the top of the range as well. From your symptoms it sounds like adrenal fatigue first. Ringing in the ears is often a magnesium deficiency. Coldness is thyroid or iodine deficiency. We treat the adrenals first before anything else. You'll need to start on an adrenal glandular, 400 mg of magnesium, 4/5000 mgs of Vitamin C, a good B vitamin complex along with a good B-12 vitamin supplement. Iron is also very important, we like to see labs on that before we suggest it because you never want to take too much iron. Do you take selenium? If not, 200 mcg a day as well. Celtic sea salt is also something which is going to start to help heal the adrenals. 1/2 teaspoon in a glass of water every morning. Do you take vitamin D3? At least 4000 iu's a day as well. No coffee, tea or soda. No gatorade or sports drinks. No sugar, no honey, no sweets. Filtered water with sea salt, unsweetened almond or rice milk or naturally decaffeinated herbal teas only. Don't worry, you'll get there.....:0) Cheers, JOT > I'm exhausted weak ache in my arms which are heavy, lightheaded, leg cramps, hypotensive, intense brain fog and cold some days.
