Losing the plot - missing post

Hi,

I am sure that I posted a message on the weekend in response to someone else who

is waiting for their T3 from mexico. I cannot see it??

Yes, you did post something Stacey, but then you left the

request from Lizzie asking if somebody could send her some T3 and we are not

allowed to do that on the forum, so I removed that message. However, here it

is, without the message from Lizzie.

Mine were also dispatched on the 7/12 and I have not yet received mine. I did

email them last week and they responded to say that when they checked it out it

was 'in flow'??

I am going to give the benefit of the doubt that they are on their way given

that the Xmas and New Year hols seems to hold a lot up.

Lizzie it would be good to know when you get yours - send me a private message

- and I will let you know. It will be my first lot so not on them yet.

Hi Stacey,

I too wondered where the message I posted had gone. I assumed that for some

reason it must not be allowed to be posted and I checked my private email to see

if there had been a message from the forum moderators about this. However, I

have not received any message and have to say that I do feel a little upset and

disappointed that I have not been advised as to why it could not be posted and

that it had been removed. I am sure in the past I have seen similar requests to

help out other members and did not realise that I had done anything wrong.

I have now sorted out my supply issue fortunately.

I will let you know privately when I receive them Stacey.

I cannot understand how anyone could not know the rules as I am constantly sending out reminders to all members regarding snipping their posts, not mentioning doctors names in full AND that it is not allowed to ask for or offer prescription drugs on the forum.

If someone sends such a message it will be rejected and you will get a note of the reason why.    However  if by any chance it gets through to the forum it WILL always be removed.Lilian

Hi Lizzie - there have been numerous posts in the past sent by

Lilian and myself telling members that we are not allowed to sell or pass on

drugs such as thyroid hormone replacements or ask if there is anybody willing

to lend you some on an open public forum. We could be accused of acting

dangerously because we are not medically qualified to do so. We have often written

that any such requests should be passed on to me privately. Your message was

posted and I had to remove it. I have members of certain thyroid associations

who are watching what we do, and I will not put myself in a position where they

could accuse me of swapping/selling/lending active thyroid hormone drugs to my

members. You should have seen these messages in the past and can only imagine

that you had forgotten.

There is always the possibility that somebody might request the

loan of some thyroid hormone who has never used it before and has no idea how

much to take or who wants to try a load of it as she has heard it is slimming

if sufficient is taken - and that could have terrible consequences. It is

always best that people write direct to me and I will deal with such requests

privately.
