Hi,

I have been experiencing cracking in the shoulder joint more recently when I

move it in certain ways. My jaw has been cracking for a number of years now as

has my neck.

I have been reading about hyulauronic acid and thyroid issues and have become

confused. Not enough thyroid hormone can cause lack of this substance in the

joints and hence the popping and cracking and too much is no good either.

It also encourages some water retention on the intercell areas and we often

suffer form this polygluccosaccharide? substance that inter cel layer which

causes puffyness in faces etc.

Can anyone shed anymore light. I would like to consider getting some tablets

but not if it is likely to negatively impact on other areas.

Any ideas, chaps??

Thanks

Stacey
