Guest guest
I have been trying to place an order with www.1drugstore-online.com, but have run into various problems. Firstly, I got an email saying the Visa card now has a memorable name which I must enter, so I had to email my bank and ask whether I had set one up without remembering. After a couple of emails and a week or so I managed to solve this first problem. Now I am trying to fill in the form with my card details and the second problem is trying to enter a telephone number in the format required. I have tried copying all the formats they give as illustration, and nothing is accepted. It keeps saying " undefined " , so there is obviously something there the form doesn't recognise and is rejecting. If I can't complete the online form successfully I shall have to email the company my memorable name, which obviously I don't want to do because then if there were any problems the bank wouldn't help me out with them. Has anyone else had this problem completing the online form, and how did you get round it? Miriam
Guest guest
Miriam.... Noooo.... definately not.. don't let them have your secret info.... I had a look at their site, and they seem quite expensive... what are trying to order? Have you tried doing the +44 bit on the phone number..... Why don't you email them and explain that you are unable to purchase anything because their form is rejecting your phone number? their email address is... contact@... x > > I have been trying to place an order with www.1drugstore-online.com,
Guest guest
Thanks, , for your suggestions. No, I don't think they are expensive, especially as I never get zapped by Post Office charges when I order from them. Yes, I did try adding the international dialing code for Great Britain. I have also tried typing in telephone numbers exactly as they give in their examples (ie not even a real number), but those aren't accepted either. Yes, I have emailed them explaining the problem with their form. They are being quite helpful, but so far haven't resolved the issue. I have told them that I can't give them my secret info because then I would have no protection from the bank if there were any problems. Surely other people are ordering successfully from this company? They used to be very popular with people on this group. Miriam > Noooo.... definately not.. don't let them have your secret info.... Guest guest
I have finally managed to place my order with 1drugstore-online. For the telephone number I had to put in ten digits without any punctuation, for example 441179423879 (not my real number). This is actually 12 digits, but it accepted my full number with international dialing code at the front, minus the zero from the area code. There was also a problem with their web page which they have now fixed. You put in your credit card details then it takes you to another page where you put in certain characters from your secret information, not the whole word. So it seems to be working OK now. It generated an order number anyway. If there are any further problems I'll let you know. Miriam > Yes, I did try adding the international dialing code for Great Britain.
