Guest guest Posted March 18, 2011 Report Share Posted March 18, 2011 Hi there, do you have someone say a human resources person that you could talk to? this may through some light on things and maybe the problem of travelling could be resolved. other that that if the worse comes to the worse and you are made redundant then they will have to pay the going rate . again depends on length of service and age. a problem like this came up where i work , not with me but a superviser, was asked to move to an other site and this was resolved by another superviser changing places as the first did not drive and it would have been difficult for her to get to work.
