Guest guest
I know everybody has different doses/combinations. But I am wondering if anybody has had similar blood results, or what dose I may be aiming for. Dose 75mcg Levothyroxine 60mcg T3 (divided into 3 doses) TSH 0.01 (0.10-4.00) T4 10.5 (11.0-22.0) T3 6.5 (3.5-6.5) Health wise I have been the best I have been in a long while. But as you'll appreciate, I'm aiming for the best, rather than doses that may be the next best thing. I have a long story, which I won't go into again. But it has taken me a lot to get where I am today. What with changing GPs, consultants in the past, trying to get blood tests done properly... How on earth do you convince doctors about this suppressed TSH in the long run? No doubt we have all been told it's not good to have a suppressed TSH in the long run. I am just wondering what sort of plan I ought to be aiming for/pushing for at the moment. I know it's down to doctors what dose, but I'm just wondering from your experience what springs to mind. I have been on a lower dose of Levothyroxine, with same dose of T3 and the T4 reading was lower and I have impoved a bit with the 75mcg dose. I don't know if after all this, you often end up on a dose you don't expect. Or if after a certain amount of trying different T4/T3 combos, people do better on Armour/T3 combo to get that bit extra functioning I'm looking for. One combo I have not tried is 100mcg Levo/60T3.
