I know what the protocol is but not where it is...

For evey 20 mcg of T3 you take off between 80 and a 100 mcg of T4.

so if you were on say 150 of T4 you would take this down to 50 and add in 20 or

25 of T3.

No idea where I found this, but it's what I did in 2003 when I first went on to

T3.
