Hi everyone,

A very interesting two day workshop occurred in the US a few weeks ago (early

April 2011). It was hosted by the US National Institute of Health (NIH).

Some of the speakers at the workshop came from places like Harvard Medical

School (a few speakers), s Hopkins University School of Medicine, Tufts

University School of Medicine, etc

Here are the links to the videos of the workshop and further info about the

workshop. The links were kindly sent to me by a group that works out of South

Australia.

Here is the direct link to the NIH website info about the workshop.

Something that I noticed when watching the first speaker (I haven't had a chance

to watch much of the workshop yet because I only found out about the video via

email tonight) was that he described many symptoms that are common with thyroid

related things.

If anyone watches any part of the video, I would love to hear your views about

it. Interesting to see how much is similar to our thyroid related stuff. It is

good to know that some researchers out there are at least taking 'unexplained'

fatigue seriously and trying to look into it a bit more.

Miriam,

OF COURSE you can copy it to your local ME/CFS group!! The more people who know

about it, the better.
