Hi Everyone

I read a bit back that someone (Hazel?) was trying to remember Sheila's advice

when she saw the GP. To heck with trying to remember - write down any advice

and questions on paper or in a notebook and have it in your hand when you

consult the GP. It makes sense and I am sure it wouldn't offend - shouldn't at

least!
