My Doctor is a Monkey's Uncle!!!

Well, well.

On asking my GP to do some tests (Iron, B12, eg.), she said she would do the B12

and the Iron tests for me. But on having a quick look at my eyes she said that

she'd be a " Monkey's Uncle " if I had Anemia.

I just got a phone call from the GP's surgery (it was a Locum who I dealt with),

and they said that it was Low Iron. So, on I go to the tablets and I hope that

will sort most of my physical problems.

I'll bring in a banana next time I see my normal GP!

Ha Ha! I'd be taking in a whole bunch of bananas...

If you have low iron it will affect your thyroid hormones a lot.... Lets hope

you can get the iron levels up fast.....
