Guest guest
Having visited my GP today, he has followed DR PEATFIELDS advice on prescribing a small dose of 25mcg of thyroxine a day, and he also ask for DR PEATFIELDS recommendation report, which I will drop off to him later today. My GP however does not feel that I need vitamin C as I eat mainly fruit and vegetables which have plenty of vitamin C. He also said that the problems I have with Magnesium Citrate, could be due to the fact that it is ascorbic acid which is vitamin C. He says it gets excreted through the kidneys, so I do have to wonder about the cloudiness in urine first thing in the morning. Vitamin C is in fact an acid, so too much will cause acid in the urine, and perhaps too much acid will cause indigestion as well.In the past I have been told that I have had too much fruit. What are the rest of your views? My GP has also promised to get me in good shape for my holiday in Skipton for the TPA conference, and hope to stay for one week depending on accomodation.
