Kind Regards, Bernie From: berny <berny156@...>thyroid treatment Sent: Wed, 26 January, 2011 7:24:31Subject: heart rate and exercise ? i do fast walking to keep fit. soon the club i walk with are going to measure our heart rates during our walks to see how we progress heart wise. most people don't have a 80/85 pulse like me. this is due to the t3 i take. will the pulse rate go down once i get fitter?btw i would never have imagined that i might have been able to do exercise in my life. thank you for all your help, especially Sheila who bore with me at the beginning. i was so phased out i could hardly get a few temperatures together.thanks berny
Guest guest
bernie, my name is also bernadette actually. i'll bet you are irish, like me but i live in Italy. anyway i feel that it is not so much or rather it is at least 50% hc and supplements that have helped me. but i can't be sure. i started taking t3 about 2 years ago but never really took the right dose. now i have managed to get to 70 mcg a day and i also take 35mg of hc (cortone acetate which is weaker they tell me than normal hc). 1) i noticed that exercising actually helped me feel better and in some strange way MAYBE reduced my need for hc. 2) i started taking nutri adrenal super (2 a day)after having stopped them and maybe they are helping my adrenals. the fact remains that towards late afternnon/evening i forget to take my hc cos i don't feel tired. which is an incredible thing for me. i have to dose the t3 well otherwise it consumes the hc , which i need, so as not to feel tired. when i first started exercising i did feel tired but i kept at it and now i NEED it and i feel well afterwards. if my energy continues i'm going to try reducing the hc. berny

Guest guest
Hello Bernie, http://www.mymexicandrugstore.net/ http://www.internationalpharmacy.com/en/products/search/cytomel/1 http://www.rxhealthdrugs.com/products/0/16220/1/liothyronine-sodium/ http://www.1drugstore-online.com/showprice.asp?name=cytomel & bysearch=ok & Go.x=14 & Go.y=16 (out of stock at the moment) Here are a few websites you could order from .... but I do not know if it is allowed to have T3 posted to Italy (it is no problem getting it into the UK) ....I know that it would not be allowed to be send to Germany .... perhaps Italy is different. Personally I buy mine from the Mexican drugstore. Their Cynomel is very good and the cheapest on the market – but it can take up to 4 weeks to receive the goodies. I just today received and order I placed on 31. December...... Good luck
Guest guest
Hi Bernie, you're very welcome AM i right in saying that cytomel is another name for T3 hormone please. Yes, that is correct. Cytomel and Cynomel are both T3-only hormone. Beware of different strength though. I take the Cynomel from Mexico, which is 25 mcg. I think Cytomel is 20 mcg, but I'm not sure, as I have never taken it. Most people give good reports on the Mexican Cynomel. - If you have never taken T3, I would recommend to quarter the tablet (not an easy task, but possible) and start with 1/4 tablet. T3 is very potent and if you take 1/2 tablet straight off, you may experience palps and sweating.... I used to take 1/4 tablet for quite a while before I 'graduated' to taking 1/2 pills straight .... but we are all different, see how it goes. You should 'feel' something very quickly - about 20 minutes after taking T3 I get a boost. Good luck
