Guest guest
Hi Debbie, i took 2x 5000mcg of the one from amazon, as it came as 60 tablets so that way i was supplementing for one month. My B12 went from bottom of the range to slightly above so maybe i took a little too much, but it was nice to see the difference. > > Looks like Ive wasted money again 3 different bottles all the wrong ones . Well just ordered some from Amazon paid £24 inc postage They are 1000m but it says take one every 2-3 days is this correct > > Debbie >
Guest guest
We only need tiny amounts of B12 and then we store the excess this when its at normal levels will last around 5-7years f we didnt take another supplement....so whe injecting its often given only every 3months.....so unlike Vitamin C which we need to take 4-5times daily B12 can be taken much much less than that, once your levels are up to speed. Be careful of the cobalt contained in B12 as this will zap the thyroid in a similar way to mercury etc...causing hypo symptoms....just be aware. sally xx Hi Debbie, i took 2x 5000mcg of the one from amazon, as it came as 60 tablets so that way i was supplementing for one month.
