I am newly diagnosed 2 weeks age TSH 0.03 T4 56 on carbimazole 15 mgs daily only

real symptom before diagnosis was rapid pulse 124 and breathlessness but since

taking drugs feel absolutely awful so tired and emotional lots of shakes legs

very weak etc

Any idea when i might feel human again
