Best thing to do for the next week at least is to take your temperature and plot it three times a day as per http://www.drrind.com This will give you some idea of what is happening... If the temp is stable but low it's thyroid, if its up and down all over the place it's adrenals.... Allowing you to be left for over a year in a hypothyroid state (tsh of 3.5 is hypo) will have made you even more ill and could well have stressed your adrenals........ Could you post how many mcg of synthroid you are taking each day?
