Guest guest
thanks for this Jot. I suffer from tachycardia and am (or at least was when iw as last tested) magnesium deficient. I'm using magnesium oil, but wondering whether to give magnesium taurate a try for the taurine. How would I get tested for low taurine do you suppose? Or should I just try the taurine? Hmm. Definitely food for thought! Susie
Guest guest
Usually a blood test will work to check for taurine levels. This article talks about how much to use, how to test, etc. http://bodyecology.com/articles/deficient_in_taurine_part2.php You certainly wouldn't want too much of it so I would check the overdose symptoms and make sure you know them before you start. It's always a good idea to get tested for levels but not all of us follow that. If you're intuitive with your body, you'll usually get it right. Cheers, JOT > thanks for this Jot.
