Guest guest
HI Amy, It took me awhile also to show results, but if you watch closely you will notice that your legs look different. I have lost 10 lbs. in the last 2 1/2 months and I don't know how many inches, I quit measuring when this fibromyalgia brain of mine went haywire a while back. They only dietary changes I made was to quit eating, whilte flour, white sugar, less white potatoes, and junky carb foods. Less fries, chips etc. I still have a couple cookies or a brownie once in awhile. It will happen. Just give it time and don't give up. maryW time Hi everyone!I was wondering how long it took everyone to do 40breaths? It takes me about 20 min, I am happy with mypace, but was interested in comparing. Also, has anyone had any luck with slimming theirthighs? I've been doing LL for about 3 weeks, and Ihaven't lost anything in the thigh area. Actually, Ihaven't lost anything anywhere yet...Thanks, Amy __________________________________________________
Guest guest
I think if your doc says they’ve sent it twice and the liver doc says they haven’t seen anything, I might be looking for another liver doc if that’s an option. But then it could be your doc if it took them 5 calls to call you back. Can you go pick up copies of your records and take them to the liver doc yourself? De Time Hello everyone, I hav'nt gone away. been reading everyones post everyday. Now I need to vent.. It's been 2 1/2 weeks since I have seen my doctor. He has porformed all the test he can. My active count came back at 173,303. My ct scan showes that my spleen is enlarged and some nodules are on my liver. He has told me my condition is serious and I will need treatment.Any ways to the point. He told me that he was Faxing a liver dr all my info. So far I have heard nothing. I called this liver dr and they claim they have not recieved anything. So I called my dr again. After the 5th call they finally called me back saying that they have sent info to this dr twice. Still I have heard nothing. I feel like I'm being shuffled. Any thoughts on how long I should wait. I just feel lost. I know the one thing that I am grateful for is this group because the information and support is priceless. Guest guest
It's all a matter of personal taste. I like mine a bit more tart so I let it brew for a minimum of 12 days. Hello Hanan, Your Kombucha culture will eat sugar every day. With each brewing day there will be less sugar in your brew. Day 7 is a good day to try your brew, to see whether enough of the sugar has been eaten by your culture and more acidity built in your brew. Only your taste-buds can tell whether and when your brew is ready for bottling. If it is still too sweet on day 7, allow a few more days and keep trying the brew until you like it. Guest guest
Tell us more detail of what isn't yet quite right. We need to know exactly what hormone replacements you are taking and what supplements and do you have the results of any thyroid function/adrenal tests. Have you been tested recently to check your levels of ferritin, vitamin B12, vitamin d3, magnesium, folate, copper and zinc and if so, please post the results here, together with the reference range and we will help with their interpretation. If not, ask your GP to do these tests. Also, check out the attached document to see whether you could be suffering with any of these associated conditions that stop the thyroid hormone from working.
