help -doctor visit and blood test results

Hi Everyone,

my dose by half a grain (4 grains now)due to the hot weather.. & the GP thought I

supported -not!) he has agreed at my insistence to do the B12 -mainly because I

pointed out that low levels were a feature in both my autoimmune diseases....

probably bored you all enough all ready! but here are the ones that see most

pertinent. I'd be really grateful for anyones comments or thoughts:-

<11.1mmol/L random (means i didn't fast before testing)

he won't be looking ath them for sometime (but probably before my GP does his

next round of tests!) may be all I need to do is loose the 4 stone of extra

weight I have acrued since this all started! Roll on the start of the HGC diet!
