In order to receive your discount, please DO NOT order direct from their web

site. Instead, order direct from kitorders@... or telephone 020 8336 7754

When you complete your order, please remember to quote `Thyroid Patient Advocacy

UK as `PRACTITIONER', or you will not be given the discount.

Please be assured that Genova will send your results direct to you and not to

TPA as we have a special arrangement with them.

You are already signed up. Go to the Home Page of this Forum and

you will see a Menu on the left hand side of the Home Page Message. Click on

FILES. On the page that opens, you will see a long list of folders (listed

alphabetically) - scroll down to the folder entitled 'Discounts on Supplements

and Tests'. On the list there, click on 'Genova Diagnostics' and you can see

all the thyroid, adrenal and candida tests they do. Note the message above

where they tell you that when you order, you must tell them that 'Thyroid

Patient Advocacy' is your Practitioner. You will then get the discount on the

tests you order. The results will be sent directly to you and not to me. If you

don't give them a practitioners name, you won't get the discount.

I've had adrenal and thryoid tests done by this company before, but now they

need a practitioner to order.

How do I go about ordering and getting the TPA discount? Is there a members

sign up area here?
