Guest guest
Hi Tammy, what is your vit D level ? From experience, anything under 75 can have quite an effect. I have struggled with getting my levels up for a very long time. Three months ago my levels was 72 and that's with taking 15-20,000 iu's a month. I went to see my endo yesterday and it's back down to 52 (though I was as low as 24 a while back). I was desperately hoping that he'd agree to an increase in my T3 (see other post) but I'm going to address my vit d levels first and formost. He also gave me the broken bones/heart attack talk, sigh. julia julia
