Dr Peatfield has a clinic in Manchester (stockport) but if your after a doctor

on the NHS then Mrs Dr B has been really helpful for me.

I was already on medication when i saw Dr B so im not sure what medication they

prescribe, but they had nothing against me being on HC and T3 only and will put

me in for any blood test that i request on the NHS.

They are on the NHS and private. I think NHS is at salford hospital and private

at Altrincham.

At hand (as im at work) i dont have the information, if you make a post or ask

Sheila for the " good doctors " list you will see them on there. Mrs Buckler.

Hi4

I attended Macclesfield hospital and after telling the consultant that I had

tried T4 and that it wasn't helping AND I wanted to try T3 or Armour he wrote to

my GP suggesting that I could try these. I think with some doctors, as long as

you have tried the first medication they are probabl amenable to offering other

choices! I also had a battery of tests the first time I visited (saw the

registrar that time) and they were of course all normal. They did not do D3 as

I had that done inin 2000 and it was 'normal'! You win some you lose some I

suppose.

If you would like the name of the consultant, please contact me.
