Hi there

I came off my levothyroxine last year and started on t3 only with wonderful

support on here i bought from mexican pharmacy.

My gp now prescribes me it after i showed him how my tsh came down from 38 to 28

then down to 9.1.

My endo left me totally confused after i had a right old discussion with him

about the benefit of t3 only and he strongly recommended i went back on 100mgs

thyroxine and only 20mg t3 i refused point blank to which he said well your gp

can manage you now!!

My gp the only one in our practice that will back me is off on leave for 2 weeks

and typical i feel really unwell all of a sudden.

I have certain hypo symptoms still ie aching terribly my legs feel like lead im

having trouble walking and i feel so down which i never experience.

I have however got more energy but my t3 was 9 which was high but guess it would

be which maybe suggests im hyper but im so confused as if im hypo ie these awful

pains and feeling so tired why would i also be hyper ie racing mind more energy

but still very tired if that makes sense!

I am taking 80mgs t3 tried cutting it down and felt worse my heartrate has

increased but not so it bothers me im due bloods in 2 weeks but need to know

what to do now as i feel really ill, do you think i should add t4 or stick just

with t3?

Sorry this is so long i have noone else i can discuss it with

Thankyou x
