Blood tests needed? hormone treatment

I have some blood tests ordered ft3, ft4, TSH, and I plan to get

the saliva thyroid test soon, just checking on where. I have a

physical scheduled in about 10 days so I was wondering what other

tests I should ask him to do.

Also do I need a doctor to prescribe and monitor hormone

treatment. I seem to be having a difficult time with this and I

don't expect my GP will help me. Maybe I can get him to make a

referral. I just feel exhausted and stressed easily, and need

something.
