Guest guest
I've been taking 1/2tsp sea salt twice a day for a couple of weeks now as I have low bp - it's nearly always less than 90/60. My diet is fairly low salt as I eat almost entirely unprocessed due to food intolerances. The salt does seem to have made me feel a little better though my bp hasn't changed. Oddly, I seem to be craving salt more now I've started taking it like this. Should I take more? How much can you go up to? As far as I know, my sodium and potassium levels having always come back as 'normal' and my endo wasn't interested when I asked for my aldosterone to be checked, presumably because of these normal results and because my adrenals are fine according to nhs tests. Thanks! Susie
