A while ago I was told by someone at Genova that they could not send results

direct to me, either by email or snail mail, but that they had to send them

to the doctor (Dr P in my case). Is that not correct? Can they send them

direct to the patient?

the results go to you, TPA doesn't get them. Best if you mark on the test

kit that you would like the results by email. This means you get them

faster (as a pdf) and you can print out as many copies as you need.

You were told by somebody who doesn't know Hazel. TPA is a

special case, and all results are sent direct to our members and not to me, in

the whole time we have had this arrangement with Genova, only 2 or 3 results

have been sent to me which, when I contacted Genova immediately, they then sent

them direct to the patient with apologies.

However, in all other cases Genova are correct, results are sent

direct to the patients doctor who ordered the test in the first place and not

to the patient.

Thank-you for clearing that up. I have now contacted Genova to see if they will send me the results I am currently waiting for, as I did put the TPA as practitioner.
