Guest guest
Hi Jacki, So you have rock solid temps with little variation.... the daily average is around 35.4. This shows that the adrenals are happy because they are maintaining a constant temperature, but the temp is low which shows too little thyroid hormone.. Well that's how I understand it. Have you had a look at www.drrind.com where they show how to interpret the results... For comparison, my own average temps each day, over a week when the adrenals were in a mess were: 35.4, 35.9,35.4, 36.1, 35.8,36.4, 35.8. so you see how much they change from day to day when the drenals are not right... > > Hi > > I've been noting my temperatures over the last 5 days at approximately 3 hourly intervals and would appreciate any comments/help please. >
Guest guest
Hi Thanks for your observation - so it doesn't look ALL bad, lol My temps were, like yours, all over the place until the day after I started taking Armour two weeks ago, when it rose slightly and has stayed pretty constant, 'rock solid', as you say, though very low. So maybe I don't need adrenal support and will improve as and when I up my Armour dosage Thanks for the Dr Rind link, will take a look. I hope your past tense description 'when your adrenals were in a mess' means you are on top of things now Thanks again :)Jaki x On Mon, Jun 6, 2011 at 12:59 PM, Galathea <galathea@...> wrote: Hi Jacki, So you have rock solid temps with little variation.... the daily average is around 35.4. Guest guest
Hi Jacki, I hope I have the adrenals sorted..... have been taking HC and NAX for 18 months and now on virtually no HC and have been plotting temps for the past week..... I'm pretty stable at 36.5 (97.7 deg), so it looks like I might need a bit more NT..... getting there!! xx > > Hi > > > I hope your past tense description 'when your adrenals were in a mess' means > you are on top of things now >

About to post some blood test results and hoping for some help with ammunition before I go back to see GP on Wednesday. I rang the surgery today and they printed them out for me.
