Hi all, I have been on NAX and Siberian Ginseng for the past 8 days. One tab of

each at breakfast between 7 and 8am. Started back on half grain Armour at 6am

today. All seems to be going well, peeing lots so not so bloated got my appetite

back and following diet suggested in the files.Only prob is waking very early in

am, today I woke at 4am, the day before that it was 5am the day before that it

was 6am. The trend seems to be waking earlier each day. Should I cut out the

Ginseng? Take the NAX and Ginseng at 6am with the Armour? or just wait for my

rhythm to readjust.

Many thanks in advance for all the good advice I know will be coming.

xxxxxx

I would increase the Nutri Adrenal Extra and take that tablet

with your lunch. Never take NAX after 1.00p.m. I think you might need to increase

this again in about 10 days time. I would not cut out the Ginseng. However, you

should increase your Armour today, so take half a grain around 2.00p.m. You

need to keep increasing your Armour by half a grain every three weeks from now

on. Read the document 'How to Use Natural Thyroid Extract' that you will find

in the 'All Natural Thyroid Extract' FOLDER in the FILES section of this forum.

Waking at that hour is usually adrenal related.
