Guest guest
Thank you to everyone for their support in advance. I am 54, post menopause T2 diabetic and manage my diabetes with a low carb diet and so far no medication. I take 2.5 mg Ramipril. I think I have been hypothyroid for a long time. My mother and sister have it as well as my son. I have had some tests done, candida-normal,progesterone low 8.9, Oestradiol low 0.8 ratio 11.1. Cortisol sample 1=8.9 low, sample 2=5.1 normal, sample 3 2.7 low sample 4 1.3 normal DHEA 0.09 low exhaustion stage. TSH 1.66 T3 797 (592-1850) T4 488 (347-1994). I have been taking NAX over the past 4 weeks and up to 3 a day. I am finding it more difficult to control by blood sugars despite diet and exercise could this be the NAX. My BP is also up. Should I stop please? I was going to add the nutri thyroid. What do people think please? I also take magnesium, vit c and d, selenium. I am absolutely shattered and feel very low. I value people's thoughts. Thank you
