NHS endo recommendations please

just back from my PG. Hs says its outside of his remit to prescribe HC or t3.

Though he will refer me to an endo of my choice for a second opinion. The endo

at my local hospital having signed me off AND recommended I be " weened off "

thyroid medication. So anyone know of a NHS endo that acknowledges cortisol

deficiency and high rt3? I live in Sussex. Thanks x.
