The first thing to establish is history. If that's your *normal* BP it is very

good, though slightly low of *normal*. Also symptoms, and are they related to a

recent change in BP etc?

Generally speaking anything that is *normal* for us is OK, it's when things

change that we need to be concerned, especially if that change is sudden and

drastic. Good site here for info on BP. When it tries to divert you to UK site

just press the escape button (top left corner of keyboard)

So if your BP is *normal* for you, you do not need to change anything, just

count your blessings :)
