Guest guest
The first thing to establish is history. If that's your *normal* BP it is very good, though slightly low of *normal*. Also symptoms, and are they related to a recent change in BP etc? Generally speaking anything that is *normal* for us is OK, it's when things change that we need to be concerned, especially if that change is sudden and drastic. Good site here for info on BP. When it tries to divert you to UK site just press the escape button (top left corner of keyboard) http://www.medicinenet.com/low_blood_pressure/article.htm So if your BP is *normal* for you, you do not need to change anything, just count your blessings Cheers > > Hi can anyone suggest how I can raise my blood pressure as I am sure it is contributing to how bad I feel. It is usually about 88/59 when I wake up and about 105/70 in the evening > Cheers Lyn >
