Guest guest
I would definitely try to do neutralization shots and sauna with an Environmental doctor up there. If you are still in New Hampshire there is kenneth emonds phd (not md) at 603 964 2007 . He may only do sublingual but call and ask. Have you been treated yet by an Environmental Doc? > > Subj: Very Ill from Toxic Mold in a Government Building and They are hiding > it >
Guest guest
Janet, I have read your story before and sorry to hear things still have not improved for you. It makes me so angry and frustrated to hear all this stuff, and feel so powerless against all the coverups and corruption going on today. It is a corrupt, cold, and ruthless world that we live in today. I too, am among the victims of lies and coverups on mold. You are fighting the government, and it proablably is impossible to get justice. Maybe you should just settle for their offer even though it is not fair at all. But, if you just cut your losses and move on, maybe it would at least help you mentally, as all the anger and stress could be eating you up and damaging you even more in terms of your health. I also think about all the Katrina victims, who lost everything...that were promised help but didn't get it, that don't even have a partial retirement, living in trucks and such. But, our country can spend 6 billion a month in Iraq, so corrupt corporations can continue to line their pockets....the whole world doesn't make sense anymore and it is very depressing to think about. I hope somehow you will find some peace and health in the coming year. Guest guest
Here is the short list of things that clearly have helped me.. 1.) Cholestyramine - Its clearly helping on a number of levels.. Can't emphasize this enough. checik out chronicneurotoxins.com and moldwarriors.com for more info 2.) Piracetam - specifically for headaches from mold, but it also reduces some aspects of my 'brain fog' - Take it with a source of choline like lechithin or (best) Alpha-GPC choline. Piracetam also seems to help me sleep better. But the headaches would be hell without it. Works for around six to eight hours.. 3.) Alpha-lipoic acid - This seems to fight the toxic symptoms in the body. For example, my eyes used to get cloudy from the mold in my home and I was constantly getting blisters in my nose and mouth.. these seem to have gone away now.. 4.) acetyl-l-carnitine - This is good for mold neuropathy - the 'tingling numbness' in fingers and toes. You need to take several grams a day. It also protects against age related cognitive decline. Carnitine is also useful for CFS, I have heard. 5.) N-acetyl-cysteine - This is an extremely good natural antioxidant and detoxifier.. 6.) Idebenone - This is a relative of Coenzyme Q-10 that works much better. Helps protect against cytotoxic chemicals of all kinds. Protects your nerves and neurons from damage.. 7.) High doses of Vitamins C and E, and folic acid, RDA doses of zinc, selenium, B12, etc.
Guest guest
Is the Piracetam something you can buy over the counter or do you need a Rx? I'm fine at home but if I go out and get into a bad building I get a horrible headache and nothing helps. I just have to go to bed with an icepack, double up on the CSM and wait for it to go away. Guest guest
You suggested to take HIGH LEVELS of Vitamin E. That can be very dangerous. It stores in your body fat and too much vitamin E can be toxic...I know this because it sent me to the hospital years ago. Please be careful. Guest guest
You can buy Piracetam from beyond-a-century.com in bulk, and from Sherwyns in Chicago in pills. I buy everything in bulk and cap it myself. Its much cheaper that way. Piracetam ends up being quite inexpensive when purchased that way. If you take piracetam, you should also take choline in some form. Choline supplemenation may also help fight stachybotrys as one of the things stachy does is damage the membranes in the lungs, the maintaining of which is I think is one of the body's main uses of phosphatidyl choline (lechithin). (Just guessing on that but it makes sense.) Also, when I said 'high doses of Vitamin E' I was referring to the 800 IU or so i take every day, not megadoses.. sorry if I sounded irresponsible. Guest guest
Hello Group, after careful consideration I have put my history on a web page.. I have asked Zaviem to check it out to see if it is suitable. I must remind anyone that reads it that my case is a bit different than most. So just keep in mind that low counts are ok.. In fact when I zero platelets Zaviem asked his new doc about that and she confirmed that low counts do not mean as much as we all think. My web page is at http://easyskip.tripod.com if you wish just leave a message in the guest book and I will try to answer all question although I am not the brightest leaf on the tree. Guest guest
Congratulations, Skip. You're now a " blogger. " I enjoyed your first entry. May I ask you what was the bad reaction you had in the beginning of AMN-107 treatment? I like what you said about just being " along for the ride. " We never know what plans God has for us, do we?
